Bella Luna

 

2 oz. New Port London dry gin

3/4 oz. elderflower liqueur

1/2 oz. crème de violet

3/4 oz. lemon juice

1 tsp simple syrup

 

Shake all and strain into a martini glass. No garnish.

 

 

Corpse Reviver #2

 

3/4 oz. New Port aromatic gin

3/4 oz. Cointreau

3/4 oz. lillet blanc

3/4 oz. lemon

Absinthe rinse

 

Rinse a martini or Nick and Nora glass with absinthe and dump any left over. Shake all other ingredients and strain into glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Aviation

 

2 oz. New Port London dry gin

1/4 oz. crème de violet

1 tsp luxardo maraschino liqueur

3/4 oz. lemon

1/2 oz. simple

 

Shake all and strain into a martini glass. Top a maraschino cherry into the glass as a garnish.

 

 

 

 

 

French 75

 

1 1/2 oz. New Port Beard and Flannel gin

1/2 oz. lemon

1/2 oz. simple syrup

Prosecco.

 

Shake all but Prosecco and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco or champagne and serve with a lemon twist.

 

Suffering Bastard

 

1 1/2 oz. New Port Beard and Flannel gin

1 oz. brandy

2 dashes angostura bitters

1/4 oz. lime

Ginger beer

 

Add all ingredients but ginger beer to a mule tin and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge or mint sprig.

 

Negroni 


1 oz New Port Gin

1 oz Sweet vermouth (we use VYA from quady winery)

1 oz campari


stir all, pour over a large rock, express an orange peel over the top and garnish. 


Variations - a pineapple campari infusion, a root beer extract infusion into the vermouth, or a cola extract. cardamom campari could be good too. 


Day on the Mountain

 

1 1/2 oz. New Port Beard and Flannel gin

1/2 oz. lemon

1/2 oz. Douglas fir simple (see recipes)

3 dashes angostura bitters

Soda water

 

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass with ice and top with soda water. Stir and serve.

 

Adieu, Mon Frère (not technically an AMF)

 

1 oz. New Port aromatic gin

1 oz. New Port vodka

1 oz. blue curaçao

1 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. lime juice

 

Shake all long enough to crush the ice and make anyone who’s watching uncomfortable then pour into a rocks glass

 

 

 Suffering Bastard - this is essentially a mule variation 


1 oz brandy

1 oz New Port gin

3 dashes angostura bitters

1/4 oz lime 

ginger beer


shake everything but the ginger beer, dump into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. garnish with a mint sprig.

 

 

 

Peach Pie

 

1 1/2 oz. New Port London dry gin

1/2 oz. lemon

1/2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup (see recipes)

1/2 oz. peach liqueur

 

Shake all, pour into a rocks glass. Lemon wedge garnish.

 

 

Boxer Brief Dropper

 

1/2 oz. New Port vodka

1/2 oz. New Port gin

1/2 oz. peach liqueur

1/4 oz. triple sec

1/2 oz. coco Lopez

1 oz. cranberry juice

1 oz. pineapple juice

1 oz. orange juice

 

Shake all and pour into a pink glass. Tropical garnishes, get wild with them.

 

 

False Spring

 

1 1/2 oz. New Port London dry gin

3 cucumber slices

1 sprig of dill

1/4 oz. agave

1 1/4 oz. lemon

1 oz. elderflower liqueur

Soda water

 

Add cucumber, dill, gin, lemon, agave, and elderflower liqueur into a shaker. Muddle everything together and add ice. Shake, then strain onto fresh ice in a rocks glass. Fill remainder of space with do a water. Garnish with a dill sprig
